Cross-party call on Boris to help Londoners

Today the Labour, Green and Liberal Democrat Groups on the London Assembly moved a joint amendment to the Mayor’s budget. The joint amendment focuses on a package of measures to increase housing supply; drive up standards in the private rented sector; increase TfL’s cycling budget; introduce part-time travel cards; and increase the Mayor’s apprenticeship programme for young Londoners.

The Motion was passed by all Labour, Green and Liberal Democrat members of the London Assembly at today’s GLA Budget Debate meeting.
