Planning Committee to examine infrastructure plan

What infrastructure will London need to accommodate its rapidly growing population over the next forty years? How should we factor in disruptive technologies and ensure that we don’t get locked in to the wrong infrastructure? And how are we going to pay for it all?

As work begins on the Mayor’s emerging Infrastructure Plan, the Assembly Planning Committee will this morning hold a session with those working on it at the GLA and invited experts. The idea is to encourage a dialogue and a bit of blue-sky thinking, so the GLA develops the very best possible infrastructure plan for London.

You can watch the session live from 10am from here.
